 Scope
The first step towards turning your home vision into a reality is to schedule your scope of work appointment. Let your imagination run wild. Envision a home that responds to your every command—lights, media, sound. Picture a patio with a warm fireplace and fairytale mood lighting at night, and the ultimate summer kitchen for Sunday barbecues with the gang. Then, during your scope of work appointment, convey your unique vision to your personal home consultant. We'll journey through your home with you and uncover the possibilities together, taking abundant photos and video footage along the way.
Finally, we’ll quantify your vision and prepare a proposal that includes a price range, design-build strategy, and a description of what you’ll need to assure your home project masterpiece.
 Design
The next step in exploring your home's potential is developing a detailed design concept. After reviewing the notes, video, and still images taken during our scope appointment, we will create a personalized design for your space. Depending on your project type, you’ll receive a floor-to-ceiling rendering, 3-D illustration, birds-eye-views, or virtual walkthroughs that include items such as:
- piece-by-piece furniture and accessories layout
- selection of materials, colors, and finishes
- indoor and outdoor space and floorplan layout
- layout, sketches and renderings for built-in accessories
- high-tech home related enhancements
- all artistic details, such as artwork and wall or window treatments
You’ll also receive a full build proposal, in which we outline the terms and specifications of your home project.
Your inspirations are realized in our virtual slideshow. Here you can perfect your designs before we move into the build phase.
 Build
Finally, we will bring your dream to life during the build phase by gathering the members of our team needed to complete your project. Our extensive experience in the building industry, as well as our background in engineering, enables us to efficiently manage the entire build process for you.
We create secure online accounts for each of our clients that allow you to keep up with the minutiae of your project, wherever you may be. Your account will allow you to virtually track your project online by reviewing:
- schedules
- proposals
- designs
- tasks
- upcoming appointments
- payments due
As an added convenience, you will receive email reminders about impending appointments and tasks as deadlines approach.
